Job Description
Job purpose / Objective: The purpose of this position to develop and release BU products to customer as per set guidelines.
Primary responsibility:

Product Development: Execute product development for customer requirement based on set guidelines resulting into product release and participate in customer discussions during alignment meetings.

CFT Support: Provide necessary engineering support during localization, series topics, benchmarking and coordinate within different functions for closure of topics and good at Problem solving & achieve cost reduction through engineering solutions

Innovation Management: Support for implementation of novice topics and filing them as Invention report

Management: Notify team coach about work-load prioritization, any design issues/risks/deviations during design process and obtain necessary support to mitigate them

Networking: Participate in discussions with experts/CoC's within and outside Bosch thus enhancing one's competency
Competency requirements:
Knowledge: Advance knowledge about RB product development process and Bosch Engineering System process * Advance knowledge on standards/norms, design, material, reliability, system and vehicle knowledge
Functional skills: Advance customer & project centric approach, negotiation/mentoring skills, result orientated * Basic degree of creativity and analytical skills,
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile) * Masters in engineering (desirable)

1- 2+ years experience in product development process
