Your day-to-day:

• Manage initiatives and workstreams of the Catalog Transformation Program, ensuring alignment between teams and stakeholders;

• Plan, monitor and track projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, objectives and results;

• Identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities, promoting their resolution and optimization;

• Map processes and support the implementation of new solutions, tools and ways of working;

• Coordinate the adoption of changes, ensuring effective change management and team engagement;

• Monitor the impact of initiatives through metrics, performance indicators and regular reporting;

• Ensure that all initiatives generate value for the business and contribute to continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Higher Education in Management, Marketing, Economics or relevant areas;

• Experience in Project Management, Product Management or similar functions;

• Experience in managing cross-functional projects and multiple workstreams, preferably in digital transformation contexts;

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and project management tools;

• Advanced English (written and spoken);

• Strong organizational and communication skills;

• High analytical and decision-making capacity.
