GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Laboratory is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader (M/F) for a permanent contract at its production site in Mayenne (53).

About the position:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a team of 8 to 10 warehouse workers, ensuring compliance with safety rules (especially wearing PPE) for anyone present on site, intervening and stopping any dangerous situation you are aware of, and reporting risky situations.

• Training staff in their work positions, developing versatility, and updating procedures and work standards.

• Supervising the processing of non-conformities, deviations, and the documentation required for investigations.

• Managing schedules and ensuring the smooth running of operations: Reception, Storage, Destocking, Shipping.

• Organizing the circulation and storage of product and item flows, as well as document flows.

• Being the technical support for your colleagues.

• Driving performance (indicators and daily points), updating stock in the systems.

• Proposing solutions to close gaps and optimize team and process performance.

• Driving, optimizing, and monitoring indicators for activities under your responsibility in terms of safety, quality, deadlines, costs, customer service, and guaranteeing results.

• Deploying change and improvement actions: providing meaning and mobilizing the team and support services.

Desired Profile:

You hold a Bac+2 degree and CACES 1, 3, 5, 6, R485, and R489 certifications. Ideally, you have specialized in Logistics / Warehousing. यू have at least 2 to 3 years of minimum experience in Warehousing and Management in an industrial environment, preferably Pharmaceutical or Agri-food. You have excellent communication skills and are customer-oriented. You enjoy working in a team.
