• Translate AOC operational needs into actionable system, workflow, and architectural requirements supporting modernization, automation, and performance improvements.

• Support operational planning and scenario development for modernization tasking areas aligned with AOC warfighter architecture, enablement, and acceleration workstreams.

• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to optimize mission workflows and ensure emerging capabilities align with operational needs.

• Identify inefficiencies, manual processes, and operational bottlenecks, and partner with technical teams to define improvements.

• Provide operational input into modernization planning, KRADOS‑related capabilities, and C2 system enhancement activities.

• Support system evaluation, workflow analysis, and end‑to‑end mission thread assessments to ensure new capabilities enhance tempo, accuracy, and decision superiority.

• Brief senior government and military leadership on operational impacts, modernization priorities, and capability gaps.

• Facilitate collaboration across government, engineering, development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of mission needs and technical solutions.
