Role and position

• Together with our customers you analyze the requirements in the CX environment and design, plan and implement the concepts into reality

• You provide custom-fit solutions in all relevant areas of e-commerce

• You identify optimization potential and make technology and development recommendations to realize the transformation processes of the customer journey

• Depending on the project phase, you work independently on dedicated topics and issues, write user stories, technical and functional concepts

• In the workshops that you prepare and conduct with our customers, you score points with your great manner and style

• You present your results and recommendations with conviction to all stakeholders

• In your position you also take over the role of a Scrum Master

• For the sales team you are a valuable support to convince customers about us and our work

Requirements and skills

Must-have:

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or an equivalent qualification

• Experience in agile and traditional project management

• Convincing appearance and strong communication

• Flexibility, willingness to travel, customer orientation and strong analytical skills

• Fluent German and very good English skills are a necessity

Preferable:

• Ideally SAP Commerce or Customer experience

• Structured, goal-oriented way of working
