Avvale is looking for a Cyber Security Specialist
Role and position
We are looking for a Cyber Security professional with at least 3 years of experience to join our security team. Reporting directly to the Head of Security, this role will play a key part in managing the company’s defense infrastructure and overseeing compliance and data protection processes.
Requirements and skills
To apply, candidates must have experience in roles such as Security Analyst, SecOps Specialist, or GRC Analyst, with a strong technical background. Hands-on experience with SOC operations, Incident Management, and Vulnerability Management processes is required. A solid understanding of modern security architectures for endpoints, email, networks, and DLP technologies is also essential. Familiarity with key security and privacy standards/frameworks, including GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST, is expected.

In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €38,500 and €51,500, commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.
