A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us in a high-visibility role where you will drive operational excellence, business standardization, and digital transformation across Grid Technology Services (GT SV) Europe & Africa. As a vital member of the PMO and Business Improvement team, you will establish and enhance project management standards, governance frameworks, and best practices that enable consistent execution and scalable growth. Your focus will be on optimizing end-to-end business processes, emphasizing project management excellence, process efficiency, quality, and automation. By partnering with regional stakeholders, you will identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that align with Siemens Energy standards, ensuring sustainable results and a seamless customer experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Drive operational excellence by establishing and continuously improving project management standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across the organization.

• Lead business process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance.

• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement sustainable solutions.

• Govern and enhance project management methodologies, tools, KPIs, and reporting processes to ensure consistent execution and data-driven decision making.

• Analyze process non-conformities, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with Quality teams to strengthen organizational performance.

• Support digital transformation and long-term business growth by promoting continuous improvement, process standardization, automation, and scalable operations.

What You Bring

• University studies in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 10-15 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or operational excellence roles.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and lifecycle frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.

• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills in international and cross-functional environments.

• Experience with LEAN principles, Value Stream Mapping, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools, with fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel as required.

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 65.000 – € 85.000 gross per year.

Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.

Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications. In such cases, the specific salary range for the location of interest will be communicated in the early stages of the recruitment process and, in any case, before any potential offer of employment is made.
