Capital One, a Fortune 500 company and one of the nation’s top 10 banks, offers a broad spectrum of financial products and services to consumers, small businesses and commercial clients. Our goal is to create one of the nation’s great banks, and we have the necessary ingredients: a strong balance sheet, resilient businesses, a massive customer franchise, strong analytical capabilities, and great people. We nurture a work environment where people with a variety of thoughts, ideas and backgrounds, guided by our shared Values, come together to make Capital One a great company – and a great place to work.

We are looking for a passionate, seasoned leader who thrives in the face of ambiguity and complex problem-solving. In this role, you will be a key and trusted partner to a leadership team responsible for the platforms supporting all of Capital One’s banking businesses.

• Align technical routines with overarching strategy to ensure every meeting and process is driving toward core goals.

• Provide strategic support for critical operational shifts, ensuring the organization remains resilient and aligned during transitions.

• Act as a primary advisor to senior tech leaders, providing initial framing for high-stakes proposals and translating vision into actionable plans.

• Work hand-in-hand with Product partners to develop a deep understanding of their business priorities and objectives. Help Tech leadership connect technology solutions and priorities directly to those business outcomes.
