We are seeking experienced BIM Engineers and BIM Coordinators specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS) to support global projects. The roles involve BMS model development, coordination with MEP/ELV/architecture teams, BIM execution, digital handover, and cross-functional collaboration. BIM Coordinators will additionally lead multi-disciplinary coordination, clash resolution, and client/GC interactions.
Develop and manage BMS BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Create detailed 3D models, shop drawings, device layouts, control panel layouts, containment and cable routing drawings, schedules, and as-built documentation.
Build parametric / non-parametric Revit families, detail components, shared parameters, and maintain discipline-specific BIM libraries and templates.
Maintain BIM templates, discipline libraries, and standards.
Standardize project templates, annotations, work sets, and perform periodic BIM library audits.
Lead multi-disciplinary clash detection and coordination workshops using Navisworks/Solibri.
Communicate clash reports, action plans, and updates with stakeholders.
Coordinate BMS panels, field devices, cable pathways, and containment with MEP, architectural, structural, ELV, and GC teams.
Ensure proper integration of BMS controls with HVAC equipment, pumps, VFDs, meters, and electrical systems.
Support preparation of clash reports, model updates, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal BMS engineers for equipment and control layouts.
Ensure compliance with BEP, LOD 300–500, naming conventions, and Modeling standards.
Validate models at key milestones for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Manage model information within a CDE including documentation workflows and version control.
Contribute to BIM automation, template standardization, and workflow optimization.
Support COBie data preparation, asset tagging, metadata structuring, and digital twin readiness.
Ensure accurate collection and validation of asset information required for FM/operations.
Conduct regular coordination meetings with clients, GCs, consultants, and subcontractors.
Support global collaboration (US, UK, Europe, APAC) including multi-time-zone meetings.
Interpret and implement global BEPs, client standards, and project-specific BIM requirements.
Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to junior BIM engineers.
Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related BIM tools.
Advanced understanding of BIM standards, BEPs, LOD definitions, QA/QC workflows, and model federation.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems, and BMS hardware architecture.
Familiarity with ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA).
Experience in commercial, healthcare, data Center, or industrial projects.
Knowledge of COBie and FM integration processes.
Strong understanding of engineering design and construction workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical or related discipline.
3–7+ years of BIM/MEP experience with at least 2+ years in BMS Modeling and coordination.
Experience leading coordination meetings and working with global teams.
Autodesk Revit/BIM certifications preferred.
Exposure to international BIM standards.
Experience using Revitzo for automated QA/QC checks, model auditing, LOD verification, and batch processing workflows.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
