Industrial Automation事業において、日本国内の販売代理店ネットワークを通じたさらなる事業成長を推進いただくポジションです。日本市場に適した戦略を策定・実行し、持続的な成長を実現するため、チャネルマーケティング機能の強化を進めています。

本ポジションは、一般的なデジタルマーケティングや広告宣伝を担う役割ではありません。販売代理店戦略の策定、業界別のGo-To-Market戦略の立案、販売代理店のビジネス拡大を支援する施策の企画・実行を通じて、日本におけるシュナイダーエレクトリックの事業成長を推進する重要な役割です。

具体的な仕事内容（What will you do?）

• 市場・商流・販売代理店ネットワークの調査・分析、および成長機会・課題の特定

• 販売代理店の分類・評価を通じた、注力すべき販売代理店・市場の優先順位付け

• 市場分析や販売代理店の優先順位に基づく、日本市場に適した販売代理店戦略・投資方針の策定

• 日本市場に適した販売代理店戦略の策定・実行

• 販売代理店向けキャンペーンやチャネルマーケティング施策の企画・実施

• MDF（Marketing Development Fund）を活用した共同マーケティング施策の企画・運営

• 自動車、食品・飲料、機械などの主要市場を対象とした業界別Go-To-Market（GTM）戦略の策定

• 販売代理店との関係構築・エンゲージメント強化を通じた事業成長の推進

• KPIのモニタリング、ROI分析、およびチャネル施策の継続的な改善

• 営業、販売代理店、社内関係者と連携し、市場機会を具体的な成長施策へ落とし込む

• ステークホルダーマネジメント — 販売代理店、営業、社内関係者を巻き込み、協働を推進する力

• ビジネス・市場分析 — 市場情報、KPI、ROIなどを活用して機会を特定し、施策を改善する力

• プロジェクトマネジメント — 複数の関係者が関わる施策を、企画から実行まで推進する力

活躍いただくために必要な経験・スキル（What qualifications will make you successful?）

• 営業、販売代理店営業、チャネル営業、営業企画、マーケティング、事業企画、または関連領域での経験

• 戦略や施策を企画し、実行まで主体的に推進した経験

• 社内外の複数の関係者を巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進した実績

• 海外チームとの会議・プレゼンテーションへの参加、資料作成、メールでのコミュニケーションが可能なビジネスレベルの英語力

• 販売代理店営業、チャネルマネジメント、販売代理店戦略の経験があれば尚可

• Industrial Automation、FA、制御機器、産業機器、OEMビジネスでの経験があれば尚可

• GTM戦略の策定、またはMDF（Marketing Development Fund）の運用経験があれば尚可

• グローバル企業での業務経験があれば尚可
