As part of the store team and reporting to the Head of the Fish Market, your functions will be:

Daily reception of merchandise (fish) ensuring entry conditions of quality and freshness.
Handling, cleaning, and cutting fish guaranteeing freshness and quality standards.
Setting up the fish counter so that all the variety of products is accessible.
Recommending, advising, and informing about product characteristics for an excellent shopping experience.
Cleaning, organizing, and supervising fish handling material and utensils, as well as maintaining the facilities (cold rooms and drains).
Collaborating with the Head of Market in supervising tasks and managing the fishmonger team.
Controlling existing stock, supporting the Head of the Fish Market in carrying out inventories and orders.

We would love to meet you if you are passionate about commerce, fresh products, people, and if you have:

Previous experience of at least 1 year as a fishmonger or fishmonger assistant.
Training in food handling/food safety.
Knowledge of the product and types of cuts.
Basic computer skills.
SUBSTITUTION CONTRACT 40H/WEEK
