As AI-powered search reshapes how decision-makers discover and consume thought leadership, BCG is investing to ensure its content surfaces prominently—not just in traditional search, but across AI-generated answers, featured snippets, and emerging generative engine results.
We are seeking a Senior SEO/AEO/GEO resource who specializes in on-site content discoverability, with a strong foundation in keyword research and strategic SEO planning. This role ensures that content is not only discoverable within the site, but also aligned to how users search, think, and navigate topics.
You will act as a strategic partner to content, product, and marketing teams—translating keyword insights into content structures, internal linking systems, and scalable discoverability frameworks—and participate in hands-on execution of search optimization on BCG.com.
Key Responsibilities
Keyword Research & Strategic SEO Leadership
Lead comprehensive keyword research to identify user intent, topic clusters, and content opportunities
Translate keyword insights into content strategies, site architecture, and taxonomy design
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize content based on search demand, business value, and discoverability gaps
Provide strategic guidance on:
Content Discoverability Strategy
Design and implement systems that ensure content is both searchable (externally) and findable (internally)
Map keywords to content and ensure logical, scalable internal linking structures
Identify and resolve gaps where content exists but is not aligned to high-value search demand
Align taxonomy, tagging, and categorization with keyword themes and user intent
On-Site SEO & UX Optimization
BA/BS in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
5-10 years of experience in search strategy and execution, preferably at a B2B organization
Proven ability to translate keyword data into actionable business and content decisions
Deep understanding of:

Strong communication skills—able to advise and influence non-SEO stakeholders

They must be comfortable with ambiguity and default to action to drive toward critical objectives set to deliver on global strategy. A flexible mindset is important as the global marketing team continues to leverage new approaches to work and people management.

Ability to measure the effectiveness of strategy and make strategic decisions based on data
Ability to manage portfolio of projects and experience influencing cross-functional teams
