Overview
To electrically and mechanically maintain site machinery. To do planned and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
-
Dismantled machinery or equipment
-
Assembled, installed and aligned equipment and machinery
-
Moved machinery and equipment
-
Constructed foundation for machines
-
Repaired and lubricated machinery and equipment
-
Repaired basic electrical circuitry and components
-
Tested units to evaluate electrical & mechanical operations
-
Set programmable logical circuits (PLC's)
Qualifications
-
Matric
-
Millwright trade test certificate
-
3-5 years relevant experience
-
Strong mechanical and electrical background
-
VSD, PLC and automation experience
-
Able to work in a team and independently
