Support the development and execution of emerging business agendas by driving initiatives beyond sales metrics, enabling new business development, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and evolving customer segmentation strategies. Create technology-based models that support and accelerate the execution of strategic initiatives.
As Sales GTM Assistant Analyst your functions would consist of:
Support customer development initiatives, including visibility programs and high-impact seasonal projects.
Provide guidance on regional solutions (Open Innovation), including tendering, project execution, and performance evaluation through defined KPIs.
Execute AFH (Away From Home) projects, mainly within the To GO segment, and coordinate with Food Ventures on related projects.
Develop purchasing models.
Track project progress and provide visibility to stakeholders.
Align stakeholders and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Manage project budgets.
End to end project development/management starting with design and finishing with the delivery.
Manage design, manufacturing and co-packing agencies.
Use mybuy platform for buying as well as budget control and reporting to solicitors monthly.
Visibility to coordinators and managers: Merchandising, Commercial Strategy and field teams.
Manage at least 8 projects simultaneously, 32 per year.
Collaborate with the team to find production alternatives and generate efficiency.
Creative and design skills
Knowledge of design basics and materials (including manufacturing processes)
Project and time management
Teamwork and collaboration
English language
