Prosegur Soluciones Integrales de Seguridad needs to incorporate a Budgeting Engineer to manage offer requests, including the review of received documentation, and subsequent design, budgeting, and technical preparation of low and medium complexity Electronic Security System (ESS) solutions, working in coordination with the budgeting, commercial, pre-sales, and operations teams.

Main functions:

Review the documentation received and initial requirements for the preparation of the requested offers.
Participate when necessary in technical visits and data collection at customer facilities.
Lead the technical and economic design of low and medium complexity ESS projects: generally intrusion systems, CCTV, and access control, applying security regulations and internal standards.
Collaborate when necessary with the purchasing, commercial, and pre-sales teams in the preparation and defense of offers.
Prepare budgets and technical documentation associated with offers.
Liaise with clients in the presentation and defense of certain offers.
Collaborate with operations teams in the handover and re-planning of accepted offers.
Support in the analysis of costs, materials, and execution times.

REQUIREMENTS:

Technical qualification: Engineering (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Industrial, or similar) or Higher FP in electricity, electronics, telecommunications, or computer science.
Minimum experience of 1-2 years in project preparation and budgeting of security systems.
Experience in the implementation of intrusion systems, IP CCTV, and access control will be valued.
Interest in professional development in ESS project engineering and budgeting.
Ability to learn, proactive attitude, and team-oriented approach.
Driving license.

TECHNOLOGY AND TOOLS:

ESS Systems: Intrusion, IP CCTV, Access Control, Analytics (basic level).
Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Presto
AutoCAD (valuable).
