Adecco Financial Services, a division specializing in Credit & Banking, is looking for a Receptionist/Executive Assistant – Permanent Contract L.68/99 for a prestigious asset management company operating in the investment sector.

The resource will be the point of reference for reception and operational support activities, contributing to the organization of daily activities and the proper functioning of the offices.
Main responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and visitors;
Managing the switchboard and correspondence;
Organizing appointments, meetings, and video conferences;
Coordinating meeting room bookings;
Supporting the management of agendas and business trips;
Supervising common areas and company supplies;
Operational support to Assistants and collaboration in covering team activities when needed;
Collaboration with various company functions to ensure the regular conduct of office activities.
Requirements:
Experience, even brief, in front office, reception, or secretarial roles
Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and the main application software used within an organization.
The profile is completed by: confidentiality, organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking management, excellent relational and communication skills.
We offer a permanent contract. Working hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 20:00 CCNL Credito 3rd Professional Area - 1st Level, Legal Category: Impiegato RAL 35K, to be recalculated for the 30-hour part-time Workplace: Milan
