As Strategic Business Controller, you are a key business partner to the OpCo Management Team, helping shape strategy, drive performance, and create long-term value.
You will lead the planning and performance management cycle, providing insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. Through a combination of financial expertise, commercial understanding, and stakeholder influence, you will challenge performance, identify opportunities, and ensure the business remains focused on delivering its strategic ambitions.
Leading a team of Business Controllers, you will play a critical role in strengthening business control capabilities, embedding financial discipline, and enabling fact-based decision-making across the organization.
Act as a trusted advisor to the OpCo Management Team, translating business performance into strategic insights and recommendations.
Support the development and execution of the OpCo strategy through robust performance management and governance.
Provide decision support through business cases, investment evaluations, and scenario modelling.
Lead the annual planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast processes across the business.
Facilitate target setting and resource allocation discussions to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and challenge assumptions to improve business results.
Deliver clear and actionable management reporting and performance insights.
Own and manage the governance calendar, planning cycles, and performance review processes.
Lead risk and opportunity assessments and ensure strong financial stewardship across the organization.
Drive functional excellence, budget compliance, and continuous improvement in business control processes.
Act as the primary finance contact for the Europe Regional Finance team.
Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Controllers, creating a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership.
Support the professional growth of team members through coaching, development planning, and performance management.
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
5-10 years of relevant finance experience, ideally within FMCG or another complex international environment.
Strong understanding of business economics, financial planning, performance management, and governance processes.
Experience in strategic and/or commercial business controlling.
Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of different Route-to-Consumer models.
Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and management teams.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools such as SAP, P50, and reporting platforms.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

A gross monthly salary between € 8,173.00 - €10,508.00, depending on your experience. This is excluding Short term Incentives.
