The Gas Spain Networks business is responsible for the distribution of natural gas and renewable gas and operates nationwide (Spain). As a distribution company, it is responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of more than 53,800 km of gas network to which more than 5.4 M supply points in almost 1,150 municipalities are connected. The main activities it carries out are: commissioning, meter reading, periodic inspection and attention to notices. Our purpose is to be an active agent of decarbonization and to be a main player in the country's energy transition.

In this context, we offer an Internship in the People unit in Barcelona.
The challenges of your day-to-day will be focused on:
In this context, the People unit is responsible for designing and implementing projects related to employee experience, talent development and training in both technical and soft skills. You will be able to develop your knowledge and acquire learning in the following areas:

Reinforce knowledge in internal applications and databases.

Digitization and automation of analytical processes (People Analytics) through statistical data processing.

Data flow of people management processes and understanding of the unit's data dashboard.

Data automation and collaboration in the design of data analytics.

Data quality

Insights that support decision making.
What you need:

Last year student of Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, similar or pursuing a master's degree in digitization / data.

English level B2 to C1.

Intermediate knowledge of tools in People Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy.
Will be positively valued:
- Intermediate knowledge and experience in the use of database tools and SQL.
