Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.

• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

• 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.

• Experience with Google Ads solutions in Measurement, Creatives and Media strategy.

• Experience in sales, proactive and organized person interested in contributing to the team.

• Ability to develop relationships with B and C-level leveraging your business acumen to help clients with their needs/objectives.

• Ability to analyze data for book prioritization (internal) and customer post-sale reporting (external).

The Engage team is a sales team designed to grow small-sized businesses in Argentina with significant expansion potential. The Engage seller specializes in delivering the most effective solutions to high potential small businesses from all verticals and business models, in each stage of their journey, in the most efficient way for the business and with a high performing sales team at scale. In this role, you will be a front-line sellers who represents Google. The majority of your time will be spent establishing relationships by conducting regular phone consultations and sales pitches with a large portfolio of clients. You will use your sales, problem-solving and objection handling skills to operate in a changing environment, reaching for ambitious revenue and productivity goals. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will provide Google-caliber solution selling, partnership management and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Google Ads accounts by understanding their marketing objectives, sales journey and identifying opportunities for growth while managing risks.

• Pitch strategies or suggestions to advertisers through a consultative approach via online or in-person meetings and deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue and product growth targets.

• Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions aligned on priority growth areas.

• Identify key client stakeholders and manage effectively objections from clients. Build trusted relationships with advertisers and develop digital strategies for their success.

• Collaborate within the Sales team and Product Solutions team, to execute on a plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience.
