Staff S.p.A.'s Permanent Staffing division, specialized in staffing, is looking for a company operating in the metalworking sector, active in the marketing of technological solutions for automation and control in industrial and railway sectors:

AN EMPLOYEE DEDICATED TO COMMERCIAL BACK OFFICE

The resource will become part of a collaborative team, supporting commercial activities and back office management, with the aim of guaranteeing a timely and efficient service, oriented towards quality and customer satisfaction.

Main activities:

• Telephone and e-mail communication with customers and German parent company (in English or German)

• Management of requests, offers, orders, invoices, payments on Team System Enterprise software

• Supervision of logistics procedures

• Management of marketing/commercial data on cloud CRM software (Team System)

• Archiving and management of commercial documentation

• Support for administrative and financial activities

• Data processing and analysis

• Support in organizing travel and trade fairs

Candidate requirements:

• degree (preferably) or diploma

• previous work experience in a commercial environment

• very good knowledge of English and preferably also German

• excellent knowledge of the office package, especially Excel and Outlook (fundamental requirement)

• Experience in ERP and CRM

• Preferable knowledge of Team System management software

• curiosity, proactivity, precision, meticulousness, ability to work in a team and to plan/manage one's activities independently, flexibility, ability to work in an international company

• availability for short business trips

We offer:

• National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) Metalworking Industry

• Job classification and salary based on experience (RAL 36-39k)

• Type: direct employment by the Client with an open-ended contract

• Working hours: full time or part time 6 hours, depending on the candidate's needs

• Immediate availability required

• Meal vouchers 8 euros

• ATM public transport pass.

• Smart working 1 day a week after the end of the probation period
