Job description
In an effort to expand the sales force, we are seeking REAL ESTATE CONSULTANTS to broaden and consolidate our clientele.
The individuals will be responsible for:

Taking charge of potential buyers who have already been contacted and selected

Accompanying them on visits to foreign locations where the investment may be made (primarily Costa Rica)

Following them with a consultative approach throughout the evaluation and purchase process of properties until an agreement is reached and the purchase contract is closed
Ideal candidates possess a VAT number and have significant experience in intermediary or commercial roles, preferably in the sale of luxury products or services, or in high-level real estate transactions.
Availability for international travel throughout the year to foreign locations is essential.
We offer attractive compensation and commissions, and training on the housing solutions and services offered by the company.
