Job description

STAFF S.p.A., Divisione Permanent Staffing is looking for a HR SPECIALIST for a client company operating in the rubber and plastics sector, located near Erba (CO).

Location: near Erba (CO) Contract: permanent contract Hours: full-time day, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The resource will be inserted in the HR office and will report directly to the Management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

• Definition and implementation of human resources management and development strategies, in agreement with the Management;

• Recruiting, selection and onboarding;

• Personnel administration and payroll support;

• Management of trade union relations and disciplinary aspects;

• Staff training and development;

• Monitoring and analysis of labor costs and main HR KPIs;

• Management of relations with Labor Consultant, external bodies and suppliers;

• Use and optimization of HR systems, preferably Zucchetti.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Three-year and/or specialist degree in humanities;

• Previous experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, gained in production and manufacturing contexts, is required;

• Good knowledge of labor law and payroll processes;

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and preferably Zucchetti;

• Good relational, negotiation and organizational skills;

• Proactive approach, problem solving and decision-making ability;

• Good knowledge of the English language (B2/C1 level);

• Knowledge of Lean is a plus.
