Job description
Permanent Staffing, division of Staff S.p.A., is looking for a HEAD OF BUTCHERY DEPARTMENT for a supermarket in the Large-Scale Retail Trade.

The resource will be responsible for the management of the butchery department, coordinating a team of resources and ensuring high quality, organizational and commercial standards. A dynamic figure, results-oriented and customer service-oriented.
Main responsibilities

Operational and commercial management of the butchery department

Coordination, motivation and training of the team

Care of product display and layout according to sales logic and hygiene-sanitary regulations

Inventory management, orders and merchandise procurement

Sales monitoring, data analysis and implementation of strategies to achieve objectives
Requirements

Consolidated experience in the role of butcher or head of butchery department

Excellent knowledge of meat processing and preservation techniques

Personnel management skills
-
Strong organizational skills, leadership and problem solving

Availability to work shifts and weekends
