Supply Chain Assistant - 10 Month FTC

Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our Operations team. This role will report into the Senior Supply Planner. This role will provide hands-on support to our growing team in London through day-to-day operational tasks, inventory reconciliation, and ERP administration. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build a broad career in supply chain planning while using innovative AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Your day to day responsibilities will look like this:

Support day-to-day supply chain functions and maintain process documentation in line with quality requirements.

Liaison with suppliers, chasing overdue items to ensure deliveries remain on schedule.

Create accurate On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) reports to track supplier delivery performance.

Manage inventory levels, monitor top and bottom performing lines, and flag upcoming risks.

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies across two distribution centers and supplier warehouses.

Assist with data capture into CSV files, system migrations, and error spot-checking.

Utilise AI tools to streamline workflows, draft communications, and share efficiencies with the wider team.
