Elevate Your Career at Salesforce: Mid Market Account Executive Opportunity Salesforce, the world's #1 CRM and a trailblazer in cloud computing, is on the lookout for a Mid Market Account Executive who thrives on proactive prospecting and building new business, and is passionate about value-based solution selling. This is an exciting opportunity to be the architect of your own success at one of the most innovative companies in the world.

About the opportunity: Imagine stepping into a role where you're not just an employee but an integral part of a community – our 'Ohana'. The Mid-Market AEs sell the entire Salesforce platform into a set of named accounts. They are the "General Manager" of their patch — building pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, mapping account strategies, aligning resources, and acting as the extension of their customers, in partnership with product and technical specialists. The AE proactively hunts for new opportunities within their territory, working closely with prospective and current customers as a trusted digital advisor to deeply understand their outstanding company challenges and goals. Collaborating with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelise solutions that will help them reach their business goals and break new ground within their organisations.

A good match for this role is:

• A driven self-starter who owns their pipeline end-to-end — proactively prospecting into named accounts through calls, emails, social selling, and creative outreach to generate net-new opportunities.

• Curious minds who engage in thorough research and discovery, unearthing the underlying needs and goals of each unique customer before and during outreach.

• Proven champions of technology solution-based sales, with a history of building pipeline from scratch, hitting challenging sales quotas, and navigating complex sales cycles.

• Strategic visionaries adept at territory and account planning, with a knack for identifying and qualifying the brightest prospects and opportunities.

• Solution-oriented thinkers with a flair for crafting compelling value propositions that resonate with customer needs.

• Team players who leverage the full spectrum of Salesforce's resources and partnerships to deliver unparalleled customer success.

• Bilingual professionals fluent in both German and English, capable of engaging with a diverse, global clientele.

• Degree-qualified, holding at minimum a Bachelor's degree.
