Job Description

Shape the technology and business of tomorrow with us! We are looking for outstanding master’s graduates with a drive to make a difference, a passion for technical details, and the clear potential to take on leadership roles. Do you think entrepreneurially, solve complex problems creatively, and want to actively shape the future of Bosch? Then we want to hear from you.

Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will become part of our company's transformation. You will rotate through various commercial and technical departments—in Germany and worldwide—and support Bosch as a strategic sparring partner abroad. Your mission: challenge existing processes, drive change, and achieve challenging, meaningful goals.

You won't just support—you will change, decide, and grow. You will bring in your own ideas, take on responsibility, and lay the foundation for your future as a leader with us.

What you will learn and develop with us:

• You will learn how a global technology company truly operates at the intersection of technology and business, and how to make strategic entrepreneurial decisions.

• You will actively shape the future of Bosch by influencing existing processes and developing innovative solutions to complex problems during up to 6 individual rotations.

• You will work with interdisciplinary teams at home and abroad and develop purposefully into a modern leader alongside your personal executive-level mentor.

Your academic foundation:

You have graduated with an outstanding Master's degree or Diploma and have set relevant academic priorities. Perhaps you already bring an MBA, PhD, or initial work experience.

Qualifications

Your passion for future trends & problem-solving: You burn for technical details and enjoy finding creative solutions to complex challenges. You have the courage to explore new paths and take calculated risks along the way.

Your eye for the bigger picture: You want to understand how commercial and technical areas interact within a global enterprise—and how you can create real entrepreneurial value with your ideas.

Your understanding of human-centric leadership: For you, leadership means continuously developing yourself and others. With courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness, you inspire your environment and win others over to your vision.

You think strategically and shape the future: You recognize potential in existing processes and have the drive to actively develop them. You already bring initial high-quality practical experience (e.g., through internships at home or abroad).

Your continuous development: You want to grow—both professionally and personally. You are curious, learn quickly, and view challenges as opportunities for continuous development—a growth mindset we actively support and nurture.

Your language proficiency: You communicate fluently in English (negotiation level) and possess good German language skills. Additionally, you have already gained at least three months of international experience.
