Mid-Level
Within the Group Strategic Planning, Monitoring & Control Area, Unit France & GBA, the Controller will support the main activities related to the collection and analysis of monthly, actuals and forecast/plan data, IFRS17 based.
The Controller will be involved in the following activities:
Support the data collection of monthly and quarterly KPI’s using Excel/Tagetik and in-house tools;
Support the collection of main IFRS17 KPI’s (forecast and plan) through several tools (Excel, Tagetik, SAC);
Support the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators, also evaluating the relevant impacts on Group Results;
Support the aggregation, reporting, the target setting and assessment activities, evaluating also the implications on Group Results and main KPIs;
Participate in the frequent interactions with local countries controlling teams.
Proficiency in major IT applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
Academic background in Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field;
Fluency in both English and Italian;
2-5 years of experience in a Finance and/or Actuarial department;
Knowledge of IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 principles;
Knowledge of Tagetik and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is considered a plus.

What we offer
We offer employment at the 4 level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 36-46k. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
