The Finance General team manages the planning and direction of finance process and activities. Activities include the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs.

This role in summary

Responsible for Commercial activities

Your responsibilities will include

Receivables

1. Collection & banking

2. Credit limit reviews

3. Deviation approvals

4. Securitization

5. Co -ordination for trade partner appointment /closure

6. Monitoring Ageing & Overdues

7. Inoperative and legal Inventory & Supply Chain

8. Slow moving / obsolete.. Tracking and liquidation support

9. Defective / Graded liquidations

10. Monitoring quarterly physical verification of Inventories

11. Conducting periodic CFA Audit. Sales Support & Business partnering

12. D&A effectiveness & identifying cause of change

13. Coordination and closure of pay for performance schemes

14. Support driving mix improvement

15. Reviewing & controlling branch SG&A

16. Connect with Trade and closure of open issues Controls

17. Periodic sign-offs and balance confirmations

18. Branch audit coordination and support

19. SOX adherence

20. Drive commercial discipline Scheme Management

21. D&A Deployment and communication

22. Analytical Insight for effective rollout of schemes

23. Validating & schemes closure

24. Issuing Credit Notes

25. Reconciliations Service Coordination

26. Service Inventory Related Matters

27. Follow up of overdue service receivables

28. Coordination for resolving issues related to Customer replacements Statutory Compliances

29. Resolution of GST reconciliation issues.

30. Indirect tax laws.. Local contact

32. Environment & safety laws … Local contact Miscellaneous

33. Custodian of branch assets

34. Branch admin support.. housekeeping

Minimum requirements

Chartered Accountant 3-5 years of experience

Preferred skills and experiences

5- 7 yrs Experience of handling commercial activities FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing/ Automobile
