Overall functional responsible for country unit logistics planning (customer demand planning / procurement)

Lead LOP department to ensure on-time delivery to customers:
- Customer demand planning and order fulfillment
- Procurement planning including IPN plant and third party suppliers

Logistic cost management and continuous cost optimization (inventory, freight cost)

Continuous improvement to strive for business excellence
- Process improvement by SAP setting optimization, AMS2.0 & supply chain modeling
- Efficiency improvement by digitalization & AI technology (ASN, EDI, MPM)
- Transparent Information flow within the organization (S&OP meeting)

Team and people management (Culture transformation, competency management, talent development)

Report to local management, Sales unit in ASEAN and Business units in Germany)
資格
Business-level Japanese proficiency is a mandatory requirement. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will be rejected during the document screening process.

10 years and above experience in Logistics or 5 years and above experience in Logistic planning

Strong Customer focus and result orientation

Strong CIP mind-set on process optimization

Strong sense of ownership and leadership skills

Excellent communication skills, including bilingual capability (English & Japanese)
