Technical expert - Embedded SW, BMS/Electrification

Company Description

Bosch was founded in Stuttgart in 1886 by Robert Bosch (1861-1942), and for more than 130 years has distinguished itself by a unique corporate culture, based on solid values that drive us to improve every day. Our products, present in a wide variety of terrains, contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.

Job Description

The requirement is for a specialized domain expert combining embedded software, BMS/electrification, automotive diagnostics and communication, functional safety, cybersecurity, and model-based/HIL development expertise. While individual skills may be available in the Mexico market, finding a candidate with the required combination of domain depth, hands-on product experience, and Bosch-relevant technical expertise is expected to be challenging. Therefore, the proposed India-to-Mexico deployment is intended to address a specialized capability gap while simultaneously transferring knowledge and building sustainable local expertise.

Strongly Preferred: Candidates with experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS), Functional Safety (ISO 26262), AUTOSAR architecture, High-Voltage Electrification Systems, and Model-Based Development will be highly regarded.
