In a digital company with physical stores, the People Department's mission is to be the human touch, focusing on the constant development and management of Talent, Culture, Policies, and Initiatives for our employees. Because people are at the center of our success, we want to ensure their well-being, development, and happiness at work.

Your daily routine:

• Support managers and employees on Human Resources topics;

• Monitor the employee life cycle (integration, development, mobility, and exit);

• Manage recruitment and integration processes for operational and support functions;

• Identify training needs;

• Monitor HR indicators and identify improvement opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or similar area;

• Experience in generalist HR functions;

• Intermediate English (oral and written);

• Knowledge of labor legislation;

• Ability to influence, interpersonal relationships, and business proximity;

• Interest in talent development, culture, and change management topics.
