About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle for a defined set of enterprise accounts — from executive engagement through complex deal closure and expansion

• Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy that drives significant, sustainable revenue growth

• Lead highly complex, multi-stakeholder deals at the C-suite and board level

• Orchestrate a virtual team of Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Industry Advisors, and Professional Services to deliver world-class customer outcomes

• Build deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and economic buyers across your accounts

• Forecast with precision and maintain disciplined pipeline generation and management

• Identify whitespace opportunities and expand Salesforce's footprint within each account

• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer business priorities to anticipate needs before they arise

Who You Are

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience, ideally in SaaS or cloud platforms

• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals ($500K+ ACV) with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

• Deep experience navigating enterprise buying processes — legal, procurement, and multi-threaded stakeholder maps

• Skilled at building and influencing C-level and board-level relationships

• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen — you speak your customer's business language, not just technology

• Disciplined operator with accurate forecasting, strong pipeline hygiene, and rigorous territory planning

• Experience working in a highly matrixed sales organization and co-selling with partners

• Fluent in Spanish, with professional English proficiency

What's In It For You

• Highly competitive compensation with uncapped commissions and top-performer accelerators

• A clear path to Senior Enterprise AE, Strategic AE, and Sales Leadership roles

• World-class enablement through Salesforce's enterprise sales excellence programs

• Access to Salesforce's full platform portfolio — one of the broadest in the industry

• An inclusive, high-performance culture built on trust, accountability, and growth

• Regular executive-level engagement with Mexico's most influential companies

• The opportunity to shape digital transformation at scale for enterprise organizations across the country
