What are we looking for?

Senior Manager / Senior Manager of Process Consulting, BPM and Intelligent Automation We are looking to incorporate a senior profile to lead the Process Consulting and BPM line within the Hyperautomation area, with a primary focus on business development. The position requires solid interaction with both clients and our internal business areas and experience in the development of services and solutions.

Mission

Lead the area's Process Consulting and BPM offering, driving its commercial development, innovation in hyperautomation and the joint Agentic Automation service with the Data & AI area.

Responsibilities

• Commercial development: opportunity detection, proposal and offer preparation, sales support to the business team and account growth.

• Leadership of the Process Consulting and BPM line (AS-IS analysis, TO-BE redesign, process mapping and digitalization, automation governance).

• Management of Pega and Appian technology alliances.

• Driving innovation in Hyper and the joint Agentic Automation service with Data.

• Senior interaction with clients and internal business areas.

• Referent role (link) in the Banking sector.

• Team leadership and development.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in process consulting, BPM and automation, with recent experience as Senior Manager or Director.

• Demonstrable track record of business development and internal and client consultative sales.

• Extensive knowledge of the automation stack, with BPM (Pega and/or Appian) as essential; desirable Process/Task Mining and AI.

• Practical experience with AI Agents / Agentic Automation applied to processes.

• Preferably experience in project sector for the financial sector, Banking and/or Insurance.

• Ability to interact at a senior level with clients and business areas.

• Experience in managing complex teams and programs.

Will be valued

• Priority certifications in Appian and/or Pega (and complementary: Aris, Celonis, IBM BAW, IBM BAMOE, Camunda, Automation Platforms based on AI agents).

• Experience in governance models and Automation Centers of Excellence.

• Having a portfolio of projects / contacts

• Potential to form and attract a trusted team

• High level of English is valued, although it will not be a priority criterion because the focus will be mainly on the Spanish market.
