With you we will:

Timely execute activities and functions in:

• Document management and administration of HR documentation (orders, applications, and supporting documents).

• Provide support and collaborate with managers and employees regarding HR processes.

• Time Management – manage in SAP work schedules, resolve anomalies, manage absences / attendances, evaluate time.

• Reporting – preparing internal reporting and reporting to state authorities;

• Managing and resolving employee requests and system tickets in a timely manner.

• Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem-solving

• Provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.
