Be a part of something transformational

At Philip Morris Limited (PML), we’ve built the world’s most successful cigarette company with some of the most iconic brands globally. Today, we’re transforming our future, building a business focused on smoke-free products that can positively impact millions of lives.

If you’re looking to kick-start your career, make a tangible difference, and grow in a fast-paced commercial environment, there’s no better place to begin your journey!

You must have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions now or in future and a valid UK driving licence to be eligible for this role

About the Role

We’re looking for driven, curious, and ambitious individuals early in their careers to join our Field Force team as Field Sales Executives. While a background in sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial, this is not mandatory. If you’re highly motivated, eager to learn, and excited about working in a sales-driven environment, we strongly encourage you to apply.

As a front-line brand advocate, you’ll work directly with retailers, from independent stores and vape shops to multi-site operators, helping them understand, promote, and successfully sell our products.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong, lasting relationships with retailers within your territory

• Educate and support customers on PMI’s innovative, smoke-free products

• Deliver in-store training and execute impactful product activations

• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to sales performance

• Collaborate with your team to develop creative sales strategies

• Act as the voice of the retailer, feeding insights back to the business

Who We’re Looking For

We’re especially keen to hear from recent graduates and early-career professionals who are:

• Passionate about building a career in sales, business, or field operations

• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

• Comfortable working independently and managing their own territory

• Curious and eager to learn in a dynamic environment

Most importantly we value attitude, energy, and potential over experience. If you’re excited by this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still want to hear from you.

What You’ll Gain

• Hands-on experience in a dynamic, field-based sales role

• Structured training and continuous development opportunities

• Mentorship and support from experienced managers

• The chance to contribute to a meaningful business transformation

• A clear pathway to grow your career within PMI
