Dentons US LLP is currently recruiting for a Practice Support Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of designated practice groups. Working closely with Senior Practice Directors, Practice Group Leaders and business services professionals, this position plays a key role in driving data-informed decision making, enhancing operational effectiveness, supporting talent management initiatives, and improving overall practice profitability.
The successful candidate will leverage operational, financial, and people-related data to identify trends, develop actionable insights, and support implementation of strategic initiatives across practice groups. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and project management skills who enjoys working directly with stakeholders to improve performance and support growth.
The Practice Support Administrator will serve as an integral part of the practice management team and will report to a Senior Practice Director.

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
5+ years’ experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
Ability to work in a professional team environment and interact at all levels in a fast-paced legal environment.
Proactive work ethic with the ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and achieve solutions under tight deadlines.
Professional self-starter who shows ownership and strong attention to detail.
Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to apply innovation in identifying problems and in proposing and implementing solutions.
