Responsable de Turno

As part of the store team and reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Guaranteeing the smooth operation of the store in the absence of the manager.

• Opening and/or closing the store (according to your shift).

• Coordinating and supervising the team in their daily tasks, making changes to cover positions if necessary.

• Placing orders for supplies, merchandise, and their reception.

• Ensuring the existence and clarity of information through signage, wayfinding, promotional ambiance, etc.

• Attending to and informing customers about their demands and preferences.

We would love to meet you if:

• You have a Mid-level Vocational Training degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.

• You have experience managing people or as a store manager.

• Excellent customer reception and service.

• You enjoy teamwork.
