Mid-Level
As part of the store team and reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Guaranteeing the smooth operation of the store in the absence of the manager.
Opening and/or closing the store (according to your shift).
Coordinating and supervising the team in their daily tasks, making changes to cover positions if necessary.
Placing orders for supplies, merchandise, and their reception.
Ensuring the existence and clarity of information through signage, wayfinding, promotional ambiance, etc.
Attending to and informing customers about their demands and preferences.
You have a Mid-level Vocational Training degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
You have experience managing people or as a store manager.
Excellent customer reception and service.
You enjoy teamwork.
