Responsable de Turno

As part of the store team and reporting to the Store Manager, your functions will be:

• Guarantee the smooth operation of the store in the absence of the manager.

• Perform the opening and/or closing of the store (according to your shift).

• Coordinate and supervise the team in their daily tasks, making changes to cover positions if necessary.

• Place orders for supplies, merchandise and their reception.

• Ensure the existence and clarity of information through signage, wayfinding, beacons, promotional ambiance, etc.

• Attend to and inform customers' demands and preferences.

We would love to meet you if:

• You have a Mid-Level Vocational Training degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.

• You have experience managing people or as a store manager.

• Excellent welcome and customer service.

• You enjoy teamwork.
