Professional Butcher
As part of the ultrafresh market team, led by the trade manager, your functions will include:

Recommending, advising, counseling, and informing our customers about the characteristics of the different products for sale.

Effecting and/or supervising the reception and control of merchandise.

Butchering, cutting, preparing, and packaging the meat.
-
Placing the product on the shelves, taking care of the design, attractive presentation, and correct labeling. Ensuring the existence of different formats on the shelves and unification of dates.

Controlling existing stock, performing cost analyses, calculating yields, inventories, and orders, following the instructions of the Market Manager.

Cleaning, organizing, and supervising the material and tools for meat handling, as well as maintaining the market facilities.
Profile
We would love to meet you if you have a passion for trade, food, and people, and if you have:

Previous experience of at least one year as a butcher or butcher's assistant.

Knowledge of meat preparation and handling of knives and butchery machinery.

Training in food handling/food safety.
-
Basic computer skills.
