Customer Demand & Supply Chain & Supplier management

• Integrate customer orders into the system

• Monitor demand changes and highlight major forecast deviations

• Manage deliveries and ensure on-time performance

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain (procurement, production, shipping) and follow up on issues

• Coordinate with logistics partners and maintain key parameters

• Support new projects and ensure packaging availability

• Maintain and monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods

• Manage and optimize stock levels (raw materials and finished goods)

• Communicate with suppliers

• Ensure the availability of raw materials to customer requirements

• Work closely with the purchasing department

• Organize and track raw material shipments

Production Planning & Service Level

• Ensure customer demand is met through effective production planning

• Ensure the feasibility of the Customers’ programs internally

• Launch and adjust production schedules based on priorities

• Track service levels and implement improvement actions

• Maintain optimal inventory levels

Issue Management

• Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions

• Escalate issues and align priorities with Sales and customers

• Monitor and follow up on action plans

Requirements

• Minimum BSc degree in economics / business / logistics or related field or equivalent work experience

• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing environment

• Proficient knowledge of English, German language is an advantage

• Experience with SAP is a strong advantage

• Strong customer oriented behavior

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
