Entry Level
Operate equipment in the production of transformers.
Attach, alter, or trim material such as wire, terminals, insulation and coils using various tooling and equipment
Read and follow written instructions
Read and understand part prints/diagrams
Perform equipment set up and changeovers
Monitor equipment performance and perform adjustments as needed to maintain quality
Maintain a safe and clean work environment (5S)
Ability to read and understand written materials
Basic computer skills
Dexterity to assemble small parts
Ability to either stand or sit for 9 hours at a workstation
Ability to work with others in a team environment
Ability to work safely in manufacturing environment
High School Diploma or GED

Schedule: This position may be assigned to either 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Mon-Thu; 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM Fri) or 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12:30 AM Mon-Thu; 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM Fri).

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $23.69 - $25.74 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials, depending on location.
