About the Team TikTok's Scaled Growth team aims to help our agency partners and businesses of all sizes unleash their creative side on TikTok, connect with our audiences & communities and drive real business & marketing results. From deeply understanding our regional agency partners and businesses, to influencing the next iteration of our advertising product suite, to setting regional product GTM strategy, to designing innovative Sales-led and scaled service delivery programs, our Product Strategy & Operations team combines both strategic & operational expertise with strong market understanding.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities

• Work with the lead Product Strategy & Operations to develop and operationalize TikTok Go-To-Market strategy for advertising agency partners across LATAM

• Own revenue analytics and data analysis to enable business rhythms and identify incremental opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product Management, Monetization Strategy, Sales, Marketing & more to execute & operationalize critical strategic initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering/Production Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research or a related field

• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills (incl. Comfort with Excel / SQL / data tools), with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems

• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve the speed and quality of work, including writing skills, setting up automations, applying sound judgment to review and refine AI-generated output and vibe coding

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Knowledge and previous project experience in performance advertising or paid media context

• Knowledge and previous project experience in market research and strategy consulting preferred
