The Sales Department promotes the leadership of electronics, home appliance and all home services, contributing to customer loyalty and the differentiation of the company's value proposition.

Your day-to-day:

• Act as the 2nd in charge of the store;

• Ensure operational management in accordance with the store manager;

• Supervise the team and the area's work;

• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;

• Motivate and ensure team coaching;

• Guarantee the fulfillment of objectives.

What we are looking for:

• Degree (Preferential);

• Experience in the Commercial area or in Telecommunications;

• Interest and/or experience in team management;

• Knowledge of English;

• Knowledge of Excel.
