Sales Department promotes the leadership of electronics, home appliances and all home services, contributing to customer loyalty and to differentiating the company's value proposition.

Your day-to-day:

• Act as 2nd store figure;

• Ensure operational management in accordance with the store manager;

• Supervise the team and the area's work;

• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;

• Motivate and ensure team coaching;

• Ensure the fulfillment of objectives.

What we are looking for:

• Degree (Preferential);

• Experience in the Commercial or Telecommunications area;

• Taste and/or experience in team management;

• English knowledge;

• Excel knowledge.
