Comprising over 300 people in Paris, the Business Services Team plays an essential role in supporting BCG's activities. Within our various support functions, our BCGers work daily and in close collaboration with the consulting teams.

What You'll Do

Within BCG Paris, Career Services is a unique department, responsible for supporting the career development of consultants and alumni wishing to find a role outside the firm, within CAC40 companies but also SMEs or startups. We support these talents in their projects, help them in their searches, and introduce them to professional opportunities from our ecosystem.

Created in 2022, the Paris office's Career Services is a relatively recent department, with numerous development projects! Some examples include: developing awareness and knowledge of our service among our different target audiences through adapted actions (LinkedIn campaigns, internal communication, networking within key recruitment networks), imagining and implementing initiatives designed to better serve our different publics, developing adapted content, and creating and enriching tools to measure our performance.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated final-year intern, from a business school, to participate in all these projects and be a central element of the Paris Career Services. By joining us, you will participate in a key activity for the development and well-being of our talents!

Your missions:

• Actively participate in Career Services initiatives and projects targeting our different audiences: BCGers, Alumni, recruiters, headhunters.

• Contribute to the production and promotion of specific content for Career Services.

• Conduct campaigns to develop awareness of the service (via LinkedIn, in particular).

• Enrich and update the activity monitoring dashboard.

• Supply the BCG Job board as well as Career Services' own tools and keep them up to date.

• Collaborate with different departments (Marketing, HR) to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of People initiatives.

• Contribute to the creation of presentations, reports, and analyses to support ongoing projects.

Directly reporting to the Director of Career Services, you will be supported by your manager throughout your internship to develop your skills and acquire the fundamentals of the profession.

What You'll Bring

• You are in your final year of a Master's degree (BAC+5) with a specialization in Marketing or HR – ideally within a major business school.

• You are interested in topics related to human resources and career development.

• You have excellent analytical skills and a good ability to process data.

• You are perfectly comfortable with oral and written communication and are recognized for your writing skills.

• Organized in your work, you know how to work independently and on several subjects at once.

• You are fluent in English and are comfortable working in an international environment.

• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Supervised by your manager and mentored daily by your team, you will have the opportunity to develop and gradually improve your skills. Throughout your journey at BCG, you will also benefit from monitoring by our HR team and a training offer adapted to our interns and apprentices.
