Position Title: Associate Director

Key Responsibilities:

Manage treaty reinsurance renewals to ensure service quality and renewal book stability.

Support new business development and drive incremental revenue growth in the Shenzhen market.

Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients.

Support the team on reinsurance placement, data analysis, and client servicing activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field.

8+ years of reinsurance brokerage experience, with solid knowledge of treaty reinsurance operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present analysis clearly and deliver training to clients in both English and Chinese.

Client-focused, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
