UPS Service Engineer

We're hiring a UPS Service Engineer to deliver top-tier technical service to our customers. If you thrive in a hands-on role where you solve problems, ensure safety, and keep critical systems running smoothly, this opportunity is for you.

What will you do?

• Supporting the installation of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems

• Conducting regular inspections and test runs of UPS systems

• Conducting on-site investigations, identifying the causes of faults, and carrying out repairs

• Providing technical recommendations for upgrades or replacements during inspections and repairs

• Liaising with customers regarding maintenance plans and preparing service reports

What are the key skills we are looking for:

• [MUST] Experience as a Service Engineer or in a customer-facing role

• Knowledge of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and related engineering tasks, such as installation, maintenance, and design

• [WANT] Knowledge of power supply equipment used in data centers

• Business-level proficiency in English
