As an intern in the Warehouse team, you will have the opportunity to learn how to plan and manage warehouse activities, interacting both with internal functions such as Supply Chain and production, and with the external transporter, thus having the opportunity to understand the functioning of a structured production site.

The activities you will follow with your team:

• support in delivering training sessions to warehouse staff on procedures and operational standards;

• support in managing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and process deviations;

• collaboration in the review and updating of warehouse operating procedures.

• the resource will be trained in the use of SAP and Athena systems and in the main operational warehouse activities

• support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily operational and organizational activities;

• support the team in coordinating and monitoring warehouse operations;

• collaborate in the management of goods reception, storage and shipping processes;

• contribute to monitoring warehouse activities and the correct application of company procedures.

Who we are looking for

• Degree or graduating in Management Engineering, Economics or similar courses

• Good knowledge of English

• Good familiarity with the Office package and a propensity for learning and using management or IT systems

• Relational skills and organization and precision

• Car owner (the production site is only reachable by own means)
