INTERNATIONAL PLANNING INTERN

Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a brilliant student or recent graduate to join the Supply Chain Department of the Cheese BU.

The resource, alongside the International Planning Manager, will be involved in the following activities:

• Support the team in managing activities, collaborating with all company functions and foreign Lactalis subsidiaries;

• Management of the procurement process for subsidiary orders;

• Analysis and monitoring of key indicators (forecast/order deviation, lead time);

• Preparation and management of necessary documentation for product export;

• Support in administrative, accounting, and commercial activities related to the management of foreign subsidiaries;

• Management of customer service activities, providing support to customers and foreign subsidiaries and collaborating in managing product returns and any complaints.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Degree in economics, management engineering, or a similar field of study;

• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel;

• Good knowledge of English; knowledge of French will be considered a plus;

• Determination, proactivity, and autonomy;

• Ability to work in a team, problem-solving, and result-oriented.

KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION

• Internship duration: 6 months;

• Workplace: Milan (MI).

• Monthly reimbursement of €1,000 and access to the company canteen.
