Job Description As an Enlistment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting candidates through the final stages of their ADF recruitment journey. Working closely with candidates, colleagues and key military stakeholders, you'll coordinate important milestones, provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experien ce through to enlistment.
You will:
Manage candidates through the application process, ensuring timely communication, proper documentation, and coordination of enlistment/appointment ceremonies according to service and training requirements.
Engage proactively with candidates, providing regular updates on their application journey and maintaining detailed records within the recruitment management system.
Provide realistic timeframes for role opportunities based on candidates' job preferences, and present suitable open roles to minimize wait times and maximize target achievement.
Drive candidates to enlistment efficiently, contributing to the goal of 100% achievement within 100 days.
Coordinate all administrative requirements related to candidate’s application, ensuring all necessary documents are received and returned for a successful enlistment/appointment.
Collaborate with ADF stakeholders to manage administrative requirements, such as signing Letters of Offer, to facilitate successful enlistments.
Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication, adapting style to suit each candidate’s needs and ensuring clarity and meaningful interactions.
Manage workload effectively, responding to competing priorities and achieving targets with accuracy and attention to detail.
Improve processes proactively and implement solutions to enhance overall achievement and effectiveness of the application process.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring exceptional service to the client (Commonwealth of Australia) while contributing to a national, remotely located team’s 'one team' mindset.

Your background will demonstrate:
Ability to meticulously manage and review enlistment documentation and processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and completeness to facilitate a smooth enlistment experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, recruitment teams, and other stakeholders, providing clear guidance, updates, and support throughout the enlistment process.
Proficiency in coordinating multiple tasks, schedules, and timelines, ensuring that all aspects of the enlistment process are executed efficiently and within set deadlines.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or similar discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
